You can currently download a Windows binary, as well as a source code tarball (including the configure scripts etc. necessary to build it on Linux). For compiling the source code, you'll need wxWidgets v2.4 or greater (I'd recommend v2.5.3, at least on linux, because it has a number of valuable enhancements). The thesis/dissertation to accompany the program is also available, though please read the note on the about page here first.
